Description
Wanting total visual symmetry and simplicity, a circular shape and no overly dominating ornamentation, Norman designed this ketuba inspired from an ancient Hebrew synagogue floor from 6th-century Shikmoni.

This ketuba is now available as a giclee for your own ketuba.



The couple were very particular about the ornamentation in the four corners. The requested more greenery than landscape so the artist chose olive branches with miniature landscapes delicately placed behind them. In this detail you can see part of the Western Wall.



A large initial word sets off the text with the contrasting spaces for all the signatures at the bottom.

Surrounding the entire circle are the names of the twelve tribes of Israel.



Jerusalem floats among olive branches in the four corners.
